The new EASYWEIGHT lift, joins the iconic, yet revamped ZEROWEIGHT among CEMB lifting solution.
EASYWEIGHT is characterised by 100% mechanical handling: it does not require any electrical connections to the balancing machine and wheel movements and weight detection are managed mechanically using only compressed air. Two pedals control the work cycle; the right pedal saves the weight of the first wheel, the left one functions as the operating pedal for raising and lowering all the other wheels within the tire set, for movement with an “absence of gravity” effect. Wheel loading and unloading have never been easier., for movement with an “absence of gravity” effect.
“ZERO WEIGHT” EFFECT
The CEMB patented pneumatic system detects the weight of the wheel and cancels it automatically allowing the operator to lift and centre wheels weighing up to 80 kg, without feeling the weight.
PERFECT CENTERING, MORE PRECISE BALANCING
Thanks to CEMB lifts, any misalignment caused by the weight of the wheel on the adapter during centering is minimised.
The quality and repeatability of the wheel centering are comparable to those obtainable with vertical axis balancers.
SAFETY AND ERGONOMICS
